I’m Tanner Dunn, owner of Dunn Builds.

I’m a licensed contractor and I stay involved in the work. I manage projects directly and focus on clear communication, clean installs, and realistic timelines.

I started Dunn Builds at the beginning of 2025 after spending several years working in the industry. After seeing how jobs go sideways from poor communication or overcomplication, I wanted to run things more directly and be responsible for the outcome.

I’m currently working on commercial and residential projects and handling coordination from start to finish. If something needs attention, I address it early rather than letting it turn into a bigger issue later.

I believe construction goes better when expectations are clear and decisions are made on site, not after the fact.

I offer free estimates, and I can handle most residential work, whether it’s a renovation or a new build.
